About Kate

With a background in outside broadcast logistics, where I was a production manager for the televising of the European Tour of golf, I developed strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a calm, solution-focused approach—all qualities I bring to my design work today. After having children, I was drawn to more creative pursuits, beginning with making my own curtains and experimenting with fabrics. This passion for textiles, combined with my project management experience, led me to the soft furnishings industry over thirteen years ago.

Today, I specialise in bespoke curtains, blinds, re-upholstery, and cushions, finding functional, stylish solutions that reflect each client’s unique taste and needs. I also offer advice on colour schemes, furniture, and decluttering, ensuring your home feels balanced and inviting. Sustainability is important to me, and I prioritise eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
